The Message In A Bottle Tour

In 2008, I was at it again – this time teaming up with the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) to help rally public support for Oceans-21 (H.R. 21) – a national oceans protection bill – and collected "Save Our Seas" messages from citizens to present to Congress. 

This video is a compilation of some of the media coverage I was able to garner to help create public awareness and rallying more constituent support for Oceans-21, a healthy oceans Act in Congress sponsored by Congressman Sam Farr.
